Lucille's Story

Lucille’s Landing isn’t just a mobile bar, it’s a tribute to my grandmother, Velma Lucille, a woman who gave everything to her community, taught me the importance of hospitality, and firmly believed that boxed wine belonged in every respectable household.

She showed up for everyone, whether it was volunteering, lending a hand, or making sure no one left her house without a full plate (and probably a drink). That spirit of generosity and celebration is what inspired Lucille’s Landing, not just as a bar, but as an experience. A place where people gather, celebrate, and make memories over great drinks and even better company. While Velma Lucille’s drink of choice may have come from a spout in a cardboard box, I promise we’re serving up something a little fancier, but with the same warmth, laughter, and good times she always brought to the table.

Clint – Master Bartender & Cocktail Architect

With over 25 years of bartending experience, Clint is a true craftsman behind the bar. His knowledge of classic cocktails, innovative flavors, and impeccable technique makes every pour an experience in itself. Whether it’s a timeless Old Fashioned or a bold, unexpected creation, Clint’s artistry and expertise set the tone for Lucille’s Landing’s high-end, yet approachable bar service.

A natural conversationalist with a knack for making guests feel at home, Clint doesn’t just serve drinks, he creates moments. Expect a mix of precision, personality, and the kind of smooth bartending you’d expect from a seasoned pro.

Stephanie - Team Lead & Operations Captain

If calm under pressure had a face, it would be Steph. A first responder and event professional, Steph brings leadership, quick thinking, and an unmatched ability to keep every event running smoothly.

As Lucille's Landing's Team Lead, she's the steady hand behind the scenes, ensuring the team stays organized, supported, and focused from setup to last call. Known for her quick wit, sense of humor, and no-nonsense approach when needed, Steph has a way of bringing people together while keeping everyone on track. Whether she's solving problems before anyone notices them, coordinating the team during a busy reception, or making guests laugh at the bar, she creates an atmosphere that is both professional and welcoming.

Ashley - Team Lead & Guest Experience Specialist

If energy could be bottled, Ashley would be the key ingredient. As one of Lucille’s Landing’s Team Leads, Ashley brings an electric personality, a sharp eye for detail, and a deep passion for hospitality to every event. Her natural ability to connect with guests and lead by example helps create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and unforgettable.

Ashley’s role goes far beyond crafting cocktails. As a Team Lead, she helps coordinate staff, maintain seamless service, and ensure every detail is executed with care. She's the warm welcome behind the bar, the person guests naturally gravitate toward, and the teammate everyone can count on when the pace picks up.

Austin - Team Lead & Brewmaster

With years of experience behind the bar, including owning and operating his own establishment, Austin brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a calm, confident presence to every event. As one of Lucille’s Landing’s Team Leads and resident Brewmaster, he combines expertise, leadership, and a laid-back personality that instantly puts both guests and staff at ease.

Austin has a knack for keeping things running smoothly, even during the busiest celebrations. His quick wit, easygoing nature, and extensive bar knowledge make him a favorite among guests and a trusted leader among the team.
